We wish to thank you for helping us through this difficult year. It is through your support that we are able to keep our doors open (virtually at this time).
We understand you have placed your faith in us to deliver you a hand made, beautiful product for your space. We endeavor to do this as thoroughly and thoughtfully as we always have. This level of craftsmanship can only be done by hand.
We employ a wonderfully skilled set of people, but they are just that- people. We are working as fast as we can with delays in shipping, shortages in raw materials, employee mental health, and public health restrictions at our various supplier manufacturing sites. These disruptions have had an impact on lead times.
As of now we are running very close to the 12 week mark as quoted on wood and case goods. We are running at 8-22 weeks for custom upholstered goods. We are running at 2-6 weeks for patio furniture. However, some orders are taking longer due to these disruptions.
Please know that we are working tirelessly and over time to ensure there is as little delay as possible. During this unprecedented time we ask that you be kind to our staff who are working harder than ever to deliver your products in a correct and timely manner. We are in this together.
